CLEVELAND — The Coast Guard 9th District is scheduled to convene a special court-martial in Cleveland, Monday, for a Coast Guardsman accused of attempted sexual assault. Petty Officer 3rd Class Joshua M. JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — Three men, a woman, and a dog were rescued after their boat broke in half and sank Tuesday night approximately two miles east of Talbot Island, Jacksonville, Fla. None of the mariners reported any injuries. The dog was also in good condition. BOSTON — Coast Guard crews assisted a disabled fishing vessel 35 miles east of Gloucester, Massachusetts, on Thursday. At about 4 p.m., Wednesday, the three person crew of the fishing vessel Kristin and Michael notified watchstanders at Coast Guard Sector Boston that their vessel was experiencing engine problems and they had become disabled. HONOLULU — Fifty-five people are safe after the Coast Guard dewatered a tour boat in danger of sinking near Kihei, Maui, Wednesday. Watchstanders at the Coast Guard Sector Honolulu command center received notification at 11:08 a.m., that the tour boat, Mahana Nai’a with 55 people on board was taking on water in the engine room near Kihei. HONOLULU — The Coast Guard is searching for the master of a freight ship reported overboard approximately 60 miles east of Wake Island Sunday. Watchstanders at the Coast Guard Joint Rescue Coordination Center were notified at approximately 6 p.m. Saturday, regarding a 49-year-old male Polish national who was reported overboard from the 622-foot freight ship Toscana.
